Ingredients:

1 tbsp vegetable oil
4 bone in pork chops, 1/2 inch thick (about 1 1/2 lbs)
1 (10 3/4 oz) can 98% fat free condensed
cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Directions:
1. Heat oil in a 10 inch skillet over medium high heat.
Add pork chops and cook until well browned on both sides.
2. Stir the soup and water into the skillet and heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the pork chops
are cooked through.
Yield: 4 Servings
